This three-level building combines offices, retail space and a popular restaurant. The large event space complete with multi-level outdoor decks is perfect for your next big function.
WHERE THE PAST AND THE FUTURE MEET
The building on 900 E Main St., dating back to the Civil War era, formerly housed the DeHart Paint and Varnish Co. Our project to resuscitate this historic shell was spearheaded by Nigel M. Ferrey, Founder and CEO of SIDIS, initiated by Galen Powers and executed by Bryan Ehret. Financing was provided by PNC Bank.
The multi-million dollar renovation was carefully executed to satisfy the needs of modern-day entrepreneurs while preserving historic accents of the building. The result is a bright, inspiring space that spurs your creativity.
